    US or Imperial fluid ounces?

    800 mL x 128 US fl oz/3785.411 784 mL = 27.05 US fl oz

    800 mL x 160 Imp fl oz/4546.09 mL = 28.16 Imp. fl oz

Most measuring cups have a metric scale as well
        1 oz = 29.57 mL
        8 0z (1 cup) = 236.59 mL

1000 mL = 33.8 fl oz (just like on a 1L bottle of water or soda.

A fluid ounce or avoirdupois ounce (weight, 1/16 pound)?
1 fl oz = 29.57 mL (or cc)
For weight, you have to know the density

My son came home from hospital and is only allowed 1500 cc a day. What is this in oz.

Imperial or US fluid ounces? (they are different) See method in post #31, just substitute 1500 mL for 800 mL and redo the math. Most measuring cups are marked in milliliters, too, just use the mL scale.

                (52.8 or 50.72, depending)

A little less than 2 fl oz, 3 tablespoons and a teaspoon.

                          2.5 fl oz x 29.57 mL/fl oz = 73.9 mL (or cm³)

15 cc equals how many ounces or
15 cc equals ml if that is easier.

Milliliters and cubic centimeters are the same thing, so 15 mL.
That is approximately 1/2 fl oz, 0.507 fl oz, if you wish a little more accuracy
