Apparently due to european regulation since jannuary 2010 the figure is 3.85 litres to a meter of gas! previously there was uncertainty with several differant figures from 3.65 to 3.85 but the goverment has now clarified its 3.85

1 L of LPG is 0.254m³ at standard temp and pressure which is 15°C and 101.3kPa
