I'm sorry but this is over-abbreviated and I don't understand the request.

Is "ms" mild steel? If so, the density is 7.85 g/cm (or t/m).

I gather the overall dimension of the channel is 75 x 100 mm and the material is 8 mm thick. But is the shape an L, U, T, I, or some other shape, like circle or square? The area of the cross section needs to be calculated. Then in compatible units, A x 1 m x density gives the mass of a 1 m length.

Assuming the 100 mm dimension is the sides of the U, the cross section area (using entimeters)
        is 0.8 cm * (2*(10 cm - 0.8 cm) + 7.5 cm) = 20.72 cm

A 100 cm length has volume 2072 cm.
        Multiplying by density of 7.85 g/cm, 16265 g or 16.265 kg/m
