Different oils have slightly different densities, but most vegetable oils have density in the range 0.88  0.92 kg/L
Dividing,
1000 kg / 0.92 kg/L = 1087 L
1000 kg/ 0.88 kg/L = 1136 L
A more precise answer is not possible unless you know the type of vegetable oil and its exact density. If you don't know, assume midrange and round off, around 1100 L.
