    It depends on what's being measured. 100 g of what?

      This depends on the density of what you are converting. In general,

      density = mass / volume

      Once you know the density, converting mass to volume is simple. For example with water, the density is 1 g/ml so we can work out

      volume = mass / density

      100g / 1g/ml = 100 ml

        I've been told it's 13.5 syns for 100 grms of Ben & Jerry's ice-cream. I don't know how much is 100gr of ice-cream. Here we measure it in ml. Does anyone know what is 500ml in grams? Thank you.

            USDA says 1 cup (236.6 mL) is 120 g, so 100 g is about 197 mL.

                The sugar in fruit juice makes it slightly denser than water (1 g/cm³), so 100 g is slightly less than 100 mL, maybe 90 - 95 mL.
