    Convert liquid flow rate of kg/h to liters/min and vapor flow rate kg/h to liters/min for sizing spray nozzle

    Case 1.
    example of injected methanol fluid:
    flow rate liquid = 963 kg/h
    operating Temp. T1 = 16/45 C
    Operating Pressure = 54 barg
    Density @T1 = 803 kg/m3
    viscosity @ T1 (CP) = 0.6206

    Case 2.
    example of injected propane fluid:
    flow rate Vapour = 5236 kg/h
    flow rate liquid = 6174 kg/h
    operating Temp. T1 = -25.3C
    Operating Pressure = 1 barg
    Density @T1 = 562/4.55 kg/m3
    viscosity @ T1 (CP) = 0.166/0.0068

    The first case is easy (1 m = 1000 L)
    963 kg/h x 1000 L/803 kg x 1 h/60 min = 19.99 L/min

    I'm not sure how to handle case 2 and I would expect state changes (ratio of liquid to gas) at the nozzle.

      Please help me in conversion

      I am using CO2 gas for experiments....A flow meter is used with l/min as unit in it....
      please help me to convert the flow from l/min to g/s unit
