Hi, how do I convert kg/m2 to kPa?

    Re: kg/m2 to kPa

    You can do that here:
    http://www.onlineconversion.com/pressure.htm

    1 kilogram-force/square meter = 0.009 806 65 kilopascal

Assuming you are near 45 latitude and sea level

        30 MN/m x 1 kg/9.80665 N = 3 059 149 kgf/m

Elsewhere, determine local gravity and repeat.

Note that the use of the kilogram as unit of force (kgf) is deprecated

(I assume you meant megapascals (MPa) not millipascals (mPa).)

1 pascal = 1 newton per square meter, it is the definition of pascal, so
            10 kN/m
