I have a prescription (liquid form) and it states to take 30 mg 3x per day. Great....but how does that convert to teaspoons or tablespoons or ounces. Thank you.

Well, 30 mg of water is 0.006 teaspoons.

But that isn't what you want. Liquid medicines dissolve the active ingredient in a buffer solution and can be mixed in different strengths. There should be a statement somewhere on the bottle, package, or insert sheet that explains how many milligrams of the active ingredient are contained in a milliliter of the mixture.

You HAVE to find that statement or else discuss with your doctor or pharmacist.

If you find that statement, determine the dose in milliliters, 5 mL is a teaspoon (use a measuring spoon, not tableware)
