      Maximum standdy power is 179 KW and Prime power of the same engine is 158 KW the specific fuel consumption at prime power is 209 g/kWh. What is the consumption in L/H and what is formula to calculate? (diesel density is 0,836)

        At a power level of 158 kW, assuming the specific fuel consumption value is valid there,
        158 kW x 209 g/kWh = 33.0 kg/h

        33.0 kg/h x 1 L/0.836 kg = 39.5 L/h

            0.195 kg/kWh x 1 L/0.84 kg = 0.232 l/kWh

            You need to multiple by the power output at which this is the specific fuel consumption
