  • Natural gas t/h to MMSCF/D

    hi,
    i have t/h flowrate of natural gas..(it is not LNG) but have to convert to volume..in particular to mmscf/d.. what do i do. Appreciate your response..

    I assume you are using t correctly, as a metric ton or megagram

    Per a DoE table, natural gas averages 22 g/scf, but density can vary

    y Mg/h x 1 scf/22g x 24 h/day = 1.09*y x10^6 scf/day
    or 1.09*y MMscf/day

      that was really fast. yes "t" is metric ton.
