1 h/60 min x (1 ft/0.3048 m)³ = 0.58858 (approx)
This is equivalent to dividing by 1.699 or rounded, 1.7.
However, flow in CFM is usually expressed as standard cubic feet per minute, at 60 °F and 1 atm, so you may need to adjust the gas volume to this temperature using Ideal Gas Law.
