How much litres of diesel can a 313 KVA genset use per kwh

Depends on the efficiency of the diesel engine, which is not constant over all loads. The genset should give you data.

As a VERY general guideline, a liter of automotive diesel (#2) is 39 MJ/L, and a diesel engine running well might have an efficiency of 33%, so about 13 MJ/L mechanical power out. A kWh is 3.6 MJ, so about 3.6 kWh/L net output.

At rated load, typical gensets might average this, some slightly better. some worse. Lightly loaded, they are all using fuel just to idle at the required rpm, expect worse. At a 300 kW load, your gen set might use 83 L/h, more or less.
