Please colleagues, what conversion factor is used when converting inches of water to mmscfd, if any?

Inches of water is a pressure and mmscfd is a volume per day. There is no such conversion.

If transporting a liquid or gas in a pipe. there is an engineering calculation for flow rate vs pressure drop over a length of pipe but it is complicated and requires information of the density and viscoisity of what is transported, the diameter and roughness of the pipe.
