  • sodium hypochlorite density when chlorine content is 9.6 %

as density of sodium hypochlorite density is 11.2 when chlorine content is 12 %
as when chlrine content is 9.6% what is density of sodium hypochlorte

It would never reach a density of 11.2, do you mean 1.12? What is the basis of your percentage, is it weight/weight or is g/dL? Percentage is always ambiguous unless you state the basis of the percentage calculation.

There are tables for concentrative properties of a single solute in water in the Handbook of Chemistry and Physics. Unfortunately commercial sodium hypoclorite also includes NaOH for stability and residual NaCl from manufacture, both of which increase density relative to pure sodium hypochlorite soltuions. Page 5 of this pdf handbook may help you, but you need some analysis of the NaOH content or pH and the NaCl content.
