Gsm = g/m. Divide by the thickness (expressed in meters) to get grams per cubic meter. It would be customary to then divide by 1000 to get kg/m, the usual unit for density.

To combine operations into one step, express the thickness in millimeters and divide. The only problem is the uniformity of thickness over the sheet and whether you can measure the small thickness accurately enough.

Paper weighing 75 g/m and 0.1 mm thick (I am making up the numbers, not sure about paper thickness)

        75 g/m / 0.1 mm = 750 kg/m

Sir for example it is 180 micron for the sheet and the gsm is 134.5

            180 m = 0.181 mm. 134.5 g/m / 0.181 mm = 743 kg/m
