    What temperature do you use as "standard" for CFM measurement? It varies by industry, but I will assume 75 F. What is the pressure? I am assuming it is already 1 atm, and that is also standard. Convert both temperatures to Rankine (the absolute temperature version of Fahrenheit).75 F is approximately 535 R, 350 F is 810 R
    28 000 ACFM x 535 R/810 R = 18 494 CFM, which I would round to 18 500.

    More generally, just adjust volume from actual to standard conditions by Ideal Gas Law.
