I am using a peptide DSIP 848.8 molecular weight. Dosage is 25nmol/kg body weight. I weigh 100 kg. what is my dosage in mL?

We would have to know the concentration of your liquid medicine to determine milliliter dosage.
Since you weigh 100 kg, you need a dosage 25 nmol/kg x 100 kg = 2500 nmol (or 2.5 µmol).
2.5 µmol x 848.8 g/mol = 2122 µg ( or 2.122 mg).
Without knowing the concentration in either grams per liter or moles per liquid (or with prefixes) we can not determine a volumetric dosage.
